October 24, 2008 - Aerosim Technologies, the recognized leader in low cost, hi-fidelity simulation software training products within the aviation industry, announced today that the company will place an Embraer 170/190 Virtual Procedure Trainer and desk top FMS Trainer (FMST) at Embraer’s training center in Brazil.

Aerosim is pleased to announce the successful completion of In Plant Acceptance for the Kenya Airways B737-800 and B777-200ER Virtual Procedure Trainers. The trainers will be installed at the Kenya Airways training center in Nairobi.

Aerosim is pleased to announce the signing of an agreement with Flybe in the United Kingdom. Aerosim will supply Flybe with a Flight Management System Trainer (FMST) for the Dash 8 Q-400 aircraft. The FMST will be positioned at Flybe’s Exeter International Airport training center.

The placement has been arranged via a leading training services provider.

Aerosim Technologies announced today that one of the world’s leading international airlines has completed in-plant acceptance of two of Aerosim’s Enhanced Virtual Procedure Trainer (EVPT) for use in its pilot training program.

The A320 EVPT project is the first of several slated for delivery during 2008-2009. The airline cycled about seven Airline Training Instructors and the FAA in to test and evaluate the new device. One FAA representative was heard to say “Awesome, we need one of these in our office”. And both said “Very Impressive”.

All Nippon Airlines has selected the Aerosim FMST for A320 and B777 to assist in route planning activities.

Aerosim Technologies, the recognized leader in low cost, hi-fidelity simulation software training products within the aviation industry, announced today that Alteon training has signed for the purchase of two B757-200/300 Level 4+ Virtual Procedure Trainers™ for an airline customer in the United States.



Additional hardware and functionality bringing the VPT to Level 4+ qualification standards include: control columns, throttle quadrant, manual flight with spring loaded controls, crew seats, wind shear, cabin systems, WXR, TCAS, EGPWS, WXR predictive wind shear, circuit breakers and maintenance/hardware training.

Two DC-9 Virtual Procedure Trainers™ including flight controls and a three channel visual system with custom airport model have been built and delivered to an airline customer in the United States. Additional functionality includes weather radar, EGPWS and TCAS simulation.
